2️⃣ track jump circuit (perform whole track twice = 45s)
3️⃣ lateral lunge (lat raise & front raise) switch sides half way through the 45s.
4️⃣ Skaters
5️⃣ deep lunge, lunge & tuck
6️⃣ triple run & squat jump
7️⃣ Russian twist
8️⃣ scissor kicks
9️⃣ push ups on dumbbells
🔁 45s on, 15s off, 1 min between rounds, 3/4 rounds
