3️⃣ Elevated back leg lunge & rise 8 per leg x 4
4️⃣ hip thrust (10 sec hold at the end of each set) 10 x 4
5️⃣ step ups 8 on each leg x 3
6️⃣ cable kickbacks diagonal kicks 8 per leg x 3
7️⃣ hyper-extension (round shoulders to target glutes) 10 x 4
