Your role is simple:
Find high-quality existing and up-and-coming protocol teams in crypto and convey the superiority of Sherlock audits to them.
Of course, in practice this job involves a lot of skills.
An understanding of smart contract security and a protocol development cycle is a plus, but it's not needed to get started in this role.
You'll need to be very skilled at both speaking and writing: Sherlock makes important decisions and weighs tradeoffs exclusively in written communication, and many protocol teams want to see a face and hear a voice before choosing an auditor.
You'll need to find ways to get connected to decision makers at high-quality protocols (and chains) in crypto, build relationships with them, and share the benefits of Sherlock with them.

Responsibilities
Support Project Initiatives: Assist in managing and tracking BD and marketing projects, including ecosystem partnerships and campaign plannings, to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation and workflows using tools like Notion. Ensure that all project-related information and updates are accurately recorded and accessible to all stakeholders.
Facilitate Communication: Work closely with BD and Marketing teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications and updates.
Cross-functional Coordination: Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams, ensuring that project scopes are clearly defined and resources are effectively allocated. Help identify and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, helping to manage expectations and ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals and progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or project management, preferably within a technology or web3 environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, strategic thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project management or program management, proficiency in tools, such as Notion and Google workspace.
Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise presentations
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus) for communication with internal stakeholders
